Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic part-time Salon Site Manager to elevate the client experience at our BRAND NEW location opening in August. Phenix Salon Suites is the first “Boutique Salon Suite Concept” that offers luxury spacious salon suites for the independent lifestyle professionals in the beauty, health, and wellness industries.
The perfect fit is someone with a hospitality mindset and is a former salon professional, salon manager, spa manager, hotel front desk staff, leasing agent, or gym manager.
In this role, you will oversee daily site operations, maintain the common areas, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain a welcoming environment, and uphold high standards of professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about beauty, salon management, and team development to make a positive impact in a vibrant setting.
Duties
Oversee all on-site duties and ensure smooth operations
- Perform daily cleaning tasks as needed including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, break room, and laundry room.
- Manage day-to-day operations at the site(s)
- Perform site tours for potential licensees.
- Operate and manage accounting software
- Operate lead management software
- Order, review and approve supply purchases
- Perform local store marketing at supply houses and beauty schools
- Preferred: Experience in handyman tasks (although not mandatory)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
Requirements
- Must be over 18
- Previous management experience REQUIRED
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Capacity to handle work efficiently
- Maturity and Accountability is key
- Experience with computers and basic software/technology
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette
- Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and accounting
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, pricing strategies, and sales management initiatives

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
