Role Description

This is a part-time or full time hybrid role for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, based in Bedford, NH. At least 1 day a week on average is expected to be in the Bedford office. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing psychopharmacological treatments. The role also involves offering patient support and education, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records.


Qualifications

  • Mental Health Nursing and Mental Health Care skills
  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner with expertise in Psychiatric Care
  • Nursing skills and knowledge
  • Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Master's degree in Nursing and certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
  • Licensure to practice in the state of New Hampshire


Work days can be as light or intense as you want with new patients being onboarded every week. No double booking and skipped lunches with appointment slots as long as you require. Hybrid office/telehealth schedules encouraged with hours tailored to your life outside work. This is a very autonomous and flexible position. Professional and easy to find office in Bedford NH at your disposal for in person appointments, or schedule telehealth days from home. There is some patient contact after hours expected to support the level of care we endeavor to provide.
