Objective
The Route Service Representative (RSR) is responsible for conducting laundry deliveries and pickups from customer locations. The RSR handles processing paperwork to ensure correct delivery and receipting, and is expected to conduct the delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.

The Route Service Representative (RSR) is responsible for conducting laundry deliveries and pickups from customer locations. The RSR handles processing paperwork to ensure correct delivery and receipting, and is expected to conduct the delivery vehicle in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Functions
- Verifies that all systems are in order before deliveries, including performing and documenting pre-trip and post trip inspections of delivery vehicle and checking paperwork to make sure everything is in order
- Drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base
- Work indoor/outdoor position while delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, facility service products and other rental items
- Ensure all items specified in the delivery receipt are included in the delivery, and obtain a confirmation signature from a facility representative
- Help grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory all while working professionally, safely and in compliance with driving and vehicle regulations
- Responsible for unloading and loading truck for next day
- Manually loading and securing full and empty laundry carts onto truck and/or trailer beds
- Delivers cleaned uniforms and industrial items to the customer as well as picking up soiled products and loading onto truck including operating the truck lift gate
