Inspection Attendant
Tuesday-Friday | 4-Day Work Week | Mondays Off!
Phelps Uniform Specialists is a family-owned and operated company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inspection Attendant to join our Production Team.
In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring garments move efficiently through the production process while maintaining quality standards. Your attention to detail helps identify garments needing repair, prevent production delays, and ensure customers receive high-quality products every time.
What You'll Do
- Monitor the conveyor line and prevent hanger jams from disrupting production.
- Inspect garments throughout the production process for damage, wear, or quality concerns.
- Remove garments needing repair from the line and properly identify them for processing.
- Utilize productivity tracking systems to support operational goals.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to repeatedly reach overhead throughout the workday.
- Ability to identify and address production issues quickly and accurately.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed.
- Ability to work a 10-12 hour shift.
- Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 5am-3:30pm (end times may vary).
