OBJECTIVE:

The Flatgoods Associate is responsible for preparing, folding, and packaging the flat good items.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Fold flat goods according to each product to be prepared
2. Count number of items per set and ensure proper inventory is placed together.
3. Make a final inspection of item to ensure customer receives high quality products.
4. Organize flat goods according to color, size, style.
5. Remove flat goods from inventory that do not meet quality requirements.
6. Tie flat goods together with bundle machine.
7. Bag flat goods when necessary.
8. Utilize the productivity tracking system
9. Other production duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Must be able to stand for an 10-12 hour shift
2. Must be able to work scheduled shift
3. Must have high attention to detail
4. Must be capable of working at an efficient pace to meet production expectations
5. Willingness to be reliable to your team
6. Eagerness to put forth your best effort each day

Salary : $14
