What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cage Builder position at PHELPS UNIFORM SPECIALISTS?
OBJECTIVE:
The Cage Builder is responsible for building out the inventories for all routes each day, including rental and facility service items.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Read load lists for the routes
- Fill each cage with the items needed for the route according to the load list
- Organize carts by route
- Responsible for determining how many loads are needed to fill routes
- Utilize productivity tracking system
- Other production duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to stand for a 10 hour shift
- Must be able to work scheduled shift - Monday-Thursday, some Fridays
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must be capable of working at an efficient pace to meet production expectations
- Willingness to be reliable to your team
- Eagerness to put forth your best effort each day
