What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher position at phelps community center?
The Phelps Community Center Early Learning Center, Inc. is a child care center providing comprehensive care for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We encourage learning through inquiry, using an emergent as well as thematic curriculum approach, based on the interests and passions of the children enrolled. The Phelps Community Center is looking for a Lead Teacher in our Infant 2 Room (children approximately ages 9 months to 18 months) that reflects and supports our approach to learning. A qualified candidate must have, minimally, an Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) or a CDA specializing in Infants/Toddlers and one year experience in a formal childcare setting specific to infants and/or Toddlers.
