The Finance Analyst is responsible for providing financial and strategic support to our business leaders and largest clients. This role will assist with forecasting, month-end close, revenue recognition, billings, and partner with various business units within PHD and the OMG network. The ability to work independently, efficiently, communicate effectively, and a keen attention to detail will be the keys to success.

Compensation Range
$40,000—$75,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities Include
- Manage revenue, organic growth and KPI reporting for the PHD Finance team. Strong Excel skills needed.
- Seek and implement ways to improve, streamline, and automate processes.
- Prepare accrual/deferral/re-class revenue and expense journal entries for month close. Strong Accounting skills needed.
- Actively participate in analyzing financials and metrics in actuals, reforecasts, and budget submissions, assessing trends and key business drivers as well as risks and opportunities.
- Work with the Shared Business Units on fee allocations, confirmations, and reconciliations of shared revenue and expenses.
- Prepare the forecast/budget and client profitability
- Provide ad hoc analytical support, responding to various requests from multiple departments, and perform special projects as needed.
- Extremely well-organized with strong people skills and ability to evaluate and communicate with Agency leaders.
- BA in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of experience
- Advanced excel skills (lookup & reference formulas, charts, modeling, etc). Ability to quickly pull together/consolidate data for management review.
- Ability to self-teach/quickly pick up how to use various Financial Systems.
- Strong skills in communication, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and taking ownership of deliverables
- Ability to handle competing deliverables with quick turnaround times
- Experience with TM1, Hyperion, and/or Donovan Data Systems
- Big 4, Agency or Auditing Experience
