We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant who can connect deeply, inspire action, and close new client programs averaging$6,000. If you’re passionate about helping people and skilled at consultative, service-based selling — this is your opportunity to make a difference and make great money.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct one-on-one consultations (virtual or in-person) with prospective clients
• Sell life-changing health and weight loss programs averaging $6K per sale
• Hit or exceed revenue and conversion goals each month
• Follow up effectively with warm leads and maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Build trust and reduce refund rates through honest, client-centered conversations
• Collaborate with marketing and coaching teams to ensure client success and satisfaction

What You Bring

• Proven success in consultative, high-ticket sales ($3K–$10K ), ideally in a service-based industry (health, wellness, coaching, education, or personal development)
• Confidence and empathy in guiding clients through an emotional, transformational purchase
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Self-motivation and a passion for helping others achieve meaningful change

How You’ll Be Measured

• New Revenue Booked — closed program sales
• Conversion Rate — lead → consult → close efficiency
• Refund Rate — quality of alignment and client satisfaction
