Job Description: Maintenance Custodial Technician
Salary Range:
$23.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for our clients.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify areas needing repair or cleaning.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools efficiently.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as needed.
- Take care of lawn maintenance and snow removal at the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
