Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician - Automotive to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues related to mechanical systems, electrical systems, and powertrains.
- Conduct repairs on various vehicle components including transmissions, alignment systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Utilize schematics for troubleshooting and repair processes.
- Maintain high standards of vehicle maintenance and repair while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs and services needed.
- Collaborate with service technicians to enhance workflow efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Engage with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
- Execute welding tasks as needed for vehicle repairs.
- Keep detailed records of services performed on vehicles.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques.
- Proficiency in working with hand tools, power tools, and automotive electrical systems.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance practices, including alignment and powertrain repairs.
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
- Previous service technician experience is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to automotive systems.
