Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close sales and meet targets
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to delivery
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM software
- Conduct cold calling and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the buying journey
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members on inventory management and control
- Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote dealership offerings
- Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in automobile or retail environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales strategies
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions
