Our Restoration Technicians are the first ones who show up to help our customers after they’ve experienced sudden property damage. Technicians set the tone for a five star experience and take the first steps to turn a negative situation into a positive experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to emergency property damage with urgency and compassion
- Utilize industry-specific smartphone apps and software to document job site conditions
- Extract standing water
- Move contents (furniture) to prevent further damage
- Perform neat and clean demolition of non-restorable materials
- Set drying equipment and monitor progress until affected materials are dry
- Proactively communicate scheduling needs to the team
- Be the expert who builds trust by showing off what you know in a friendly, humble, and professional way.

Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. Willing to be on-call for one week every 6 weeks. Willing to work in crawl spaces and attics.
