Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are dusted and sanitized.
• Conduct floor care including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing as required.
• Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in industrial cleaning and janitorial services.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
