Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and guiding them through check-in procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Manage reservations efficiently via hospitality reservation systems, accommodating special requests and ensuring accuracy
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist guests with room assignments, billing questions, and local information to enhance their stay experience
- Maintain security protocols by following hotel emergency procedures and ensuring guest safety at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively
- Conduct night audits when required, reconciling accounts and preparing reports to support hotel operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset to resolve guest issues efficiently
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms, is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone communication and client interaction
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining a friendly demeanor in fast-paced environments
