ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Analyze User Requirements: Analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.
Develop Complex Systems: Develop and maintain complex systems and subsystems.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure developers and stakeholders are
aligned.
Ensure Code Quality: Review code to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Understand Technical Stack: An awareness and understanding of the entire technical stack available to
developers. Ability to exploit the proper technology for specific reasons.
Stay Current on Technology: Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and industry trends and
recommend technologies to department leadership.
Participate in Project Planning: Participate in project planning activities utilizing agile development
methodologies and provide technical input.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant field of study
Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if
no post-secondary education
Work Experience: 5 years related experience with Bachelor's Degree OR 3 years related experience with
Master's Degree
