📍 Location: Waxhaw, NC
💰 Pay: $36-$45/hour DOE
📅 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

An established primary care practice in the Waxhaw area is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead RN to join its team! This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys a combination of hands-on patient care, nurse triage, patient education, care coordination, and clinical leadership.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Assess patients, obtain histories and vital signs, and document in the EHR
🔹 Coordinate care between patients, providers, and clinical staff
🔹 Administer medications and provider-ordered treatments
🔹 Start IVs, administer IV fluids, and monitor patient responses
🔹 Provide patient and family education on medications and acute/chronic conditions
🔹 Handle medication refills, prior authorizations, forms, and electronic orders
🔹 Triage patient calls and determine the appropriate level of care
🔹 Respond to urgent clinical situations, including chest pain, fainting, and hypoglycemia
🔹 Support and provide clinical guidance to Medical Assistants
🔹 Assist with emergency response procedures and maintain efficient patient flow
✅ Qualifications:
🎓 Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
🪪 Active North Carolina RN license
❤️ Current BLS certification
🚑 ACLS if required for the assigned clinical area
🏥 Minimum 1 year of professional RN experience
⭐ Outpatient or primary care experience preferred
💻 EHR experience
🧠 Strong clinical judgment, triage, communication, and patient-care skills
💵 PAY: $36-$45/HR, DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
