Eagle PACE Developer / Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly technical Eagle PACE Developer to design, build, and support data workflows across investment operations and enterprise data platforms. This role is focused on hands-on development, data engineering, and system integration within the Eagle PACE ecosystem, with responsibility for ensuring data accuracy, performance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Eagle PACE data flows, including security master, pricing, positions, transactions, and reference data.

• Build and manage data mappings between upstream source systems, Eagle PACE, and downstream consumers, ensuring alignment with business rules and data governance standards.

• Develop and optimize SQL queries and scripts to support data validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, and ongoing production support.

• Configure and enhance Eagle PACE processing workflows, rules, and interfaces to support new asset types, data sources, and business requirements.

• Partner with business analysts and investment operations teams to translate requirements into technical designs and implement scalable solutions.

• Troubleshoot complex data issues across the Eagle platform, performing root-cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes.

• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations related to Eagle PACE and adjacent data platforms.

• Participate in testing efforts (unit testing, UAT support, regression testing) to ensure reliable data movement and system behavior.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, mapping specifications, and processing logic.

• Strong hands-on experience with Eagle PACE, including core components, data models, and processing architecture.

• Proven ability to design and implement complex data mappings and transformations across multiple systems.

• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Experience working closely with both business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Strong understanding of investment data domains and operational workflows.
