The Quality Control Analyst – Compliance will be responsible for conducting quality reviews of identity and SSN verification processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency. This role supports risk mitigation efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control checks on IDV and SSN verification cases handled by Level 1 Analysts.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or trends that may indicate process inefficiencies or compliance risks.
- Provide feedback and training to analysts to improve accuracy and adherence to policies.
- Maintain and update quality control reports and metrics.
- Collaborate with compliance leadership to refine verification protocols and enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements impacting identity verification processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in compliance, quality control, or risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with compliance monitoring tools and reporting systems.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and provide actionable recommendations.
