Assistant Property Manager (Bilingual - Spanish Mandatory)
- Review leasing applications and associated documents.
- Maintain accurate tenant records in management software and physical files.
- Set up and analyze lease agreements.
- Respond to maintenance requests and follow up on work orders to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate property records in management software and physical files.
- Coordinate move - ins, move outs, unit inspections & apartment preparation
- Coordinate with on-site staff located at all properties.
- Address and clear (HPD), (ECB) and (DOB) violations.
- Monitor and track tenant payments ensuring timely collections.
- Experience with rent stabilized and free market apartments.
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
