Digital Product Manager — Dealer Portal Initiative
We're looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead a new dealer-facing digital product from the ground up — a portal solution built to serve larger clients through our dealer network. You'll own the roadmap, define requirements, and guide a cross-functional team (design, PM, and SMEs) through discovery to launch.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute the product roadmap and backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical complexity
- Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and market insight to drive product decisions
- Partner with stakeholders across business and technology to align priorities and influence direction
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve product outcomes
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years in product management, digital commerce, or a related digital role
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer-facing web/mobile applications
- Proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, and Microsoft Office
- Agile/Scrum or Kanban experience preferred
- Product management certification a plus (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, SAFe POPM)
- Experience in contract office furniture or dealer networks a plus
