Retail Sales Associate – Bilingual Spanish
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate is well-spoken, hardworking, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Day, evening, and weekend hours available. Must have flexibility to work a varied schedule
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer questions
- Process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet store goals
- Perform other general retail duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- 1 year of retail sales experience required
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Well-spoken, personable, and professional
- Hardworking, dependable, and reliable
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
