Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) 10 roles
Location: Smithtown, Stonybrook, Lake Grove , Islip
Schedule: 9:00 - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $28.62 – $36.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care under provider supervision
- Record vital signs and assist with exams and procedures
- Perform administrative duties: scheduling, documentation, and filing
- Greet patients, answer phones, and route messages
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate patient records
- Coordinate with team members to support quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Practical Nursing
- Active New York State LPN license
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
Salary : $28 - $36
