ETF Middle Office Trade Support – Growing Broker Dealer
A growing broker-dealer is seeking an experienced ETF Middle Office professional to support agency trade booking, settlements, and client operations. This role will work closely with traders, ETF custody banks, DTC, PNS, and international settlement teams, overseeing the full trade lifecycle—from booking to final settlement, including creations/redemptions and collateral movements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support front-to-back trade lifecycle including booking, confirmation, settlement, and regulatory reporting.
- Liaise with trading desks, custody banks, and internal teams to resolve issues in real time.
- Facilitate new account setups and monitor order flow and trade reconciliation.
- Ensure daily controls, checks, and trade accuracy; support P&L processes with Product Control.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or FINRA Series 99, 7, or 63.
- Strong knowledge of ETF trading lifecycle, collateral management, and agency trading.
- Familiarity with DTC, CTM, ALERT.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Salary : $130,000 - $165,000
