HUD Compliance & Recertifications
- Manage all aspects of HUD Section 8 compliance.
- Verify income, assets, employment, and household composition.
- Process EIV reports and resolve all discrepancies.
- Ensure all resident files remain audit-ready and compliant.
- Maintain TRACS submissions and resolve transmission errors.
- Monitor resident eligibility and subsidy changes.
Property Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property.
- Maintain occupancy goals by marketing vacancies and coordinating leasing activities.
- Conduct applicant interviews and process waiting list applications in accordance with HUD regulations.
- Coordinate apartment turnovers.
- Supervise building staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor work order completion and preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and building systems.
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
