Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for new clients, tenant assignments, and property listings.
- Gather intake information, brand assets, site criteria and supporting documents.
- Maintain task lists, deadlines, and handoffs among brokers, marketing and support staff.
- Track missing information and outstanding approvals, escalating delays when needed.
- Create and update property flyers, landlord presentations and offering memoranda.
- Coordinate campaign schedules, revisions, testing, and approvals.
- Review materials for accurate information, working links, formatting, and brand consistency.
- Maintain current, approved materials across website and marketing channels.
- Coordinate deal announcements, industry submissions, and related content .
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
