Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized instruction to students with IEPs across a variety of disability categories
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct progress monitoring, data collection, and continuous adjustment of instruction
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, related service providers, and administrators
- Create an inclusive, engaging, and structured learning environment
- Support behavior plans, accommodations, and modifications to ensure student success
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
- New Hampshire Teaching License with Special Education Certification
- Experience working with K–12 students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
