Phaxis Education is now hiring an Physical Therapist for a part time, school-based position near Kingston, NH, for the 2026–2027 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to K–12 students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain documentation
Position Details:
- Part Time, school-based - 15-20 hrs/week
- Elementary grade caseload
- 2026–2027 school year
Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire PT license or eligibility
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
