Phaxis Education is hiring licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) for full-time, school-based roles across Minnesota for the 2025–2026 school year.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting student evaluations and functional assessments
  • Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Providing sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skills support
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and school teams
