As a Cannabis Farm Worker, you’ll play a vital role in caring for our plants from veg to harvest, helping ensure top-tier quality from seed to sale.This isn’t your typical desk job—expect fresh air (indoors!), hands-on work, and the satisfaction of helping grow something great every single day.What You’ll Be DoingGet ready to dive into plant care and facility upkeep with responsibilities like:✂️ Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth🌱 Supporting plants through every stage of life—from veg to bloom to harvest💧 Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs🧼 Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant🔧 Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls✂️ Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep🧪 Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward✅ Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever neededWhat You Bring to the GrowAge Requirement:Must be 21 years or olderEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or GEDPrior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plusIf you’re hardworking and eager to learn, we’ll teach you the rest!Physical AbilitiesTo succeed in this role, you’ll need to:Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)Perform repetitive hand movements (trimming, tucking, etc.)Lift and carry up to 50 lbsOccasionally climb, crouch, or crawlHave full color vision and visual acuity (plants don’t lie!)You’ll Thrive Here If You...Love plants and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirtyStay focused even with repetitive tasksAdapt quickly and go with the (nutrient) flowWork well in a team and communicate clearlyCare about doing things the right way, every timeSkills That’ll Make You Stand OutBasic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, labeling software)Strong time management and attention to detailAbility to follow SOPs and prioritize tasksWillingness to take feedback and continuously improvePassion for cannabis and cultivation best practicesWork EnvironmentOur grow is a controlled indoor environment where you’ll be exposed to:Bright lights and warm, humid conditionsModerate noise levelsDust, vapors, or other airborne particles (PPE provided)Occasional use of ladders or work in tight spacesSome exposure to cleaning agents or fertilizers🌱 Join Our Team in Spokane Valley!This is more than a job—it’s a chance to grow your skills, your career, and some of the best cannabis in the region.
