Role Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for working with the local and remote teams to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, process optimization, vendor/materials coordination, and operational excellence. Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, and/or quality environment, including
- Strong knowledge of production operations, quality systems, PCB manufacturing and inspection
- Experience working with design engineering teams, EMS providers, vendors, and manufacturing
programming, and various manufacturing metrics and KPIs.
- Direct experience in NI LabVIEW & TestStand and/or IPC-A-610 inspection standards are
- A strong grasp of administrative operations, including facility, infrastructure, regulatory and

- Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems required.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and inventory/production management tools.
