Role OverviewWe are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to help Phase One find and close new business clients.
Your main job will be to identify businesses that need a new website, an updated website, a mobile app, a CRM system, or AI automation tools. You will reach out to business owners, explain how Phase One can help, book calls, and help bring in new clients.
This role is perfect for someone who is confident, hungry, good with people, and interested in sales, business, technology, websites, apps, and AI.
Responsibilities- Find local and online businesses that could benefit from a new website, app, CRM, or automation system
- Cold call, email, DM, and follow up with potential clients
- Explain Phase One’s services in a simple and professional way
- Book meetings with interested business owners
- Track leads, conversations, and follow-ups inside our CRM
- Work with the Phase One team to understand client needs
- Help move leads from first contact to closed deal
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with prospects
- Represent Phase One professionally at all times
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to new businesses
- Confident, professional, and motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and keep going
- Interest in websites, apps, AI, automation, and business growth
- Organized enough to track leads and follow-ups
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be coachable and willing to learn
This is a commission-based sales role.
Sales representatives can earn commission on closed website, app, CRM, and automation deals. Additional recurring commission opportunities may be available for clients who sign up for ongoing services or monthly AI automation packages.
