Our multi-family office is seeking a dedicated administrative and wealth management professional with 2-5 years of experience to provide accurate and data-based information on investment strategies, financial securities, and asset allocations across the firm's client base. You will provide crucial analysis, administrative support, and office management directly to the firm's managing partners to improve our client portfolios and management of their assets. As a key contributor to the team, you will apply your technical abilities and idea generation to all facets of the firm's business activities.

Responsibilities
- Researching market trends and assisting with the development of investment plans in collaboration with the wealth manager.
- Managing relationships with clients on behalf of the wealth manager. Communicate clearly and serve as a key point of contact for the firm’s clients.
- Providing support on products and services to the wealth manager and our clients.
- Resolving the issues and concerns of clients with input from the wealth manager.
- Completing and submitting investment-related documents, including applications and withdrawal forms.
- Compiling customized investment presentations for potential and existing clients.
- Analyzing financial statements and market trends, and compiling reports for the wealth manager and clients.
- Performing day-to-day administrative tasks, such as responding to client emails and requests.
Skills & Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Economics, Management or related field
- Proven working experience as a finance analyst or administrator at an RIA or wealth management office for at least 2 years.
- Experience with Fidelity/Wealthscape custodian platforms
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
- Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for the financial services industry and private wealth management
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, money market and business environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
