About the Position
We’re looking for a dependable and caring Route Rider to assist with transportation to and from PHASE-Industries program site in Cambridge, MN. This role rides along with Arrowhead Transit (and drivers our company vehicles as needed) to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our program participants during their daily commute.
This is a great opportunity for someone seeking part-time work or looking to supplement their income in a rewarding and supportive environment.
Schedule
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Morning Route: around 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Afternoon Route: around 2:45 PM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Ride along established routes to and from individuals homes, this is through Arrowhead transit (you are the rider)
- Ensure safety and provide support during transit on buses
- Communicate effectively with drivers, home staff, and supervisors
- Build positive, respectful relationships with the individuals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dependable and compassionate with a passion for helping others
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- All training provided — no prior experience necessary!
