What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at Phase Five Services LLC?
We are a small business looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our commercial cleaning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable part-time work.
Friday and Saturday evenings. 10:00pm-3:30 AM approximately 11 hours per week.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Sweeping Floors
- Vacuuming Carpet Areas
- Mopping Hard surface floors
- Emptying trash receptables
- Cleaning Restrooms as needed
- Maintaining a clean and professional appearance of the facility
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required-we will train the right person.
Pay: $14.00 per hour
