Duties
- Manage and confirm appointment schedules through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing techniques to ensure optimal client engagement.
- Utilize CRM software such as Job Nimbus to accurately record, update, and manage customer information and appointment details.
- Coordinate with sales teams, technical staff, and marketing departments to align schedules and optimize business development opportunities.
- Conduct B2B sales outreach by engaging prospective clients via outbound calls, nurturing leads, and setting appointments for sales presentations or consultations.
- Apply negotiation skills to accommodate client needs while maintaining company standards and maximizing appointment conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving scheduling conflicts professionally, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Support inside sales efforts by qualifying leads through effective communication strategies and scheduling follow-up meetings or demos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming services or campaigns during outbound calls to increase appointment bookings.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-ups within CRM systems for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Assist with other administrative tasks related to appointment management as needed to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles with a focus on appointment setting or customer engagement.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence client decisions positively.
