The Print Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned client projects through the production process accurately and on deadline. This position is client-facing and works closely with both the sales and production teams. Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring production orders, schedules, and deliverables.
- Liaison between client, sales, and production to ensure all required project details are communicated and documented to ensure success.
- Identify, resolve, and communicate order, product and delivery issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Escalate issues in a timely and professional manner to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project health and submit timely project status reports as required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver impeccable customer service.
- Ensure client quality and delivery expectations are met.
- Provide sales and client support as needed for the Vice President of Strategic & National Accounts in Dallas.
- 1 year of project management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Print experience desired, but open to other project management backgrounds
- Basic working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite desired
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
