Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Runner / Spotter to join our repossession team. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient and safe retrieval of vehicles. As a Runner / Spotter, you will assist our repossession agents by scouting locations, providing real-time communication, and supporting the recovery of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist repossession agents in locating and recovering vehicles.
- Act as a spotter for the recovery process, ensuring the safety and proper execution of vehicle retrievals.
- Communicate effectively with team members and dispatchers to update on vehicle locations, conditions, and progress.
- Maintain attention to detail and follow company protocols for repossession processes.
- Ensure that all activities comply with legal and safety regulations.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work in fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive (if required) and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Prior experience in repossession or similar roles is a plus but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
- Must have a smartphone or communication device for updates and alerts.
