What are the responsibilities and job description for the APAC Enterprise Account Executive position at pharosIQ?
🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles across APAC (prospect → close → expand)
- Build and manage relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, and Demand Gen leaders
- Sell data-driven demand generation solutions (content syndication, intent data, ABM programs)
- Execute strategic account planning and land multi-market deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets (quota-carrying role)
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, delivery, ops) to ensure campaign success and retention
- Expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in digital advertising, ad-tech, martech, or SaaS
- Proven success selling into enterprise marketing teams across APAC
- Background in publisher or content-led sales environments (highly preferred)
- Track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals (multi-country exposure is a plus)
Skillset
- Strong new business hunting strategic account management capability
- Deep understanding of:
- Demand generation & pipeline building
- Content syndication & lead generation models
- Intent data / ABM / digital marketing ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management across multicultural APAC markets
- Ability to run consultative, insight-led sales conversations
