Project Implementation Manager

Pharos Systems International is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead enterprise SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide executive-level visibility into progress, risks, and decisions.

This is a hands-on role where precision, urgency, and collaboration are key to driving outcomes on time and on budget.

Salary Range: $125,000 - 135,000 annually participation in the company’s bonus pool

Location: Remote - Must currently reside in the United States and possess valid,  authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a real-time project plan using tools like Wrike, Jira, or MS Project.
• Ensure accurate scheduling, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Escalate critical issues promptly and drive resolution.
• Align deliverables across Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, and client teams.
• Deliver clear, concise updates to leadership and client executives.
• Ensure clients are trained and ready for full adoption post-implementation.
• Support seamless handoff to Customer Success for ongoing engagement.

• 5 years managing enterprise SaaS, cloud migration, or complex technical implementation projects.
• Proven success executing large-scale, cross-functional programs under tight timelines.
• Hands-on proficiency with project management tools (Wrike, Jira, MS Project).
• Strong communication and executive reporting capabilities.
• Risk management discipline and ability to recover challenged projects.
