What are the responsibilities and job description for the Portfolio Operations Associate position at Pharos Executive Search LLC?
Our client is a successful middle market private equity firm that is adding a fifth Associate to its Portfolio Operations group.
This is a value creational role where you are fully immersed in the operational, strategic and financial elements of private investing. You will be assigned to a different portfolio company every 9 to 12 months. During that time, you'll work onsite at the port co and be the eyes and ears of the PE firm.
The ideal candidate has 2 years of finance experience from investment banking, deal advisory or a financial leadership development program. With an adventurous mindset, this person is eager to use his or her skills in a private equity context and will be okay with heavy travel.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
