  • Developing and implementing goals associated with the efficiency and quality of care

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance for the company

  • MUST have an advanced level and proficiency of MICROSOFT OFFICE. (will be competency tested)

  • Preparing and monitoring budgets

  • Recruiting, hiring, and scheduling employees

  • Serving as a spokesperson for the company

  • Develop systems using our propriety systems to streamline efficiency

  • Lead weekly meetings for clients to discuss expectations and improvements in processes

  • Very responsive monitoring over all of our systems

  • Communicate all findings to the leadership team

  • Must have excellent Microsoft Office use; specifically excel

  • Salary dependant on experience

  • Full time

  • Blended Remote/Located in NY
