Job Description:
- Answer phones and direct calls as needed
- Miscellaneous project tracking
- Data Entry
- Communicate effectively with managers, employees, co-workers and candidates
- Prepare accurate and organized reports as needed
- Complete timely and accurate record searches
- Maintain confidential records
- Assist HR team with document storage and organization
- Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for multiple companies
- Review wages and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
Qualifications:
- Ethical practice
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must pass pre-employment screening including but not limited to background and drug screen
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent time management
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to take direction from supervisor
- Ability to accept feedback and adapt as needed
