- Provide customer service: making calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Maintain records by organizing and updating as information comes in to assure accurate and current data information. Request information from pharmacy and/or nursing homes as needed.
- Enlist the efforts of senior management: when necessary to accelerate the data collection process.
- Mail correspondence to customers.
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.
- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, three to five years of accounting experience and/or successful completion of CPA exams.

- Must be able to see to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and printers up to 100% of the time
- Regularly required to talk and hear in order to communicate effectively over the phone and in person
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some bending, stooping, or standing on a stool as necessary may be required
- Must be able to tolerate a normal office environment.
