We are a family-owned, independent pharmacy searching for a Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist-in-Charge to join our team and manage our pharmacy in Potosi, MO. As part of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be exposed to many facets of leadership in pharmacy and business. In addition to supporting and leading pharmacy growth, you will be responsible for developing and leading pharmacy staff, fostering relationships with patients and our community, and supporting the expansion of clinical pharmacy practices.
Ideal qualities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Team player with excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent customer service and patient counseling skills
- Passion for clinical pharmacy practices (immunizations, CMRs, MTMs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Pharmacy operation skills including Inventory Management, Profit and Loss performance, and Workflow Management
Required Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in Missouri
- Immunization Certification and experience
Education
RPh or PharmD required

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
