Pharmaworks, a Pro Mach Company, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace by overseeing facility operations, performing maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, managing projects, and keeping operations running smoothly.

Pharmaworks, a Pro Mach Company, is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace by overseeing facility operations, performing maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers. This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, managing projects, and keeping operations running smoothly.
🔧 What You’ll Do?
- Keep our workplace safe, clean, and efficient though daily inspections and proactive maintenance.
- Partner with production managers and cross-functional teams to uphold high facility standards.
- Lead facility improvement projects across mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including HVAC servicing.
- Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment issues—getting to the root cause.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for upgrades and repairs.
- Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Support machinery relocation and enforce safety standards across the facility.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 5 years of experience in plant maintenance, custodial, or facility management.
- Valid driver’s license; forklift and vehicle operation experience.
- Strong knowledge of plant systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, security, fire alarms, sprinklers).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent teamwork/organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 56 lbs.
- Experience with machine shop equipment is a plus.
