We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Raw Materials Operator to join our Powders Production team.
Job Title: WeighUp/Scooping Operator
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, occasionally required to work Fridays during high volume periods.
Days: 6:00am-4:30pm
Shifts Needed: Day Shift
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately weigh and prepare raw materials according to production orders and manufacturing procedures.
- Assemble and organize raw material pallets for production.
- Read and follow production paperwork and measurement guidelines.
- Ensure ingredients are properly identified, labeled, and staged for manufacturing.
- Support production teams by maintaining workflow and material availability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow cGMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
- Assist in other departments as needed to support production goals.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or inventory experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and measurement requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and move up to 30 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.
