  • Partner with business units, regional security leaders, functional Centers of Excellence, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, Procurement, Facilities, Finance, and external partners to support cross-functional execution.
  • Support benefits realization and performance enablement by helping define measurable outcomes, key performance indicators, success criteria, and continuous improvement opportunities across assigned initiatives.
  • Prepare governance forum materials, steering committee updates, working session notes, and stakeholder communications to support timely decisions, alignment, prioritization, and accountability.
  • Identify barriers to execution, escalate risks and dependencies, and recommend mitigation actions to sustain project momentum and protect delivery commitments.
  • Support resource planning, capacity awareness, and prioritization discussions by maintaining accurate project information and highlighting execution constraints.
  • Support change management, communications, training, and adoption planning to help project outputs transition into sustainable Global Security operations.
