Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Designer specializing in Private Label Packaging to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the development of custom packaging solutions that elevate our brand presence and meet client specifications. Your expertise will drive the entire design process, from conceptual sketches to detailed technical drawings, ensuring functional, aesthetic, and manufacturable packaging designs. Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative packaging concepts.
- Create 3D Digital Mock Up for bottle packages
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
- Perform design thinking exercises to generate creative solutions that optimize user experience and product protection.
- Prepare presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Oversee the prototyping process and collaborate with fabrication teams to ensure designs are accurately realized in physical form.
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging or product development projects.
- Skilled in digital design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software for realistic visualization of packaging concepts.
- Strong understanding of design research methodologies and user-centered design thinking approaches.
- Mechanical knowledge related to product development and packaging engineering is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 years experience in packaging design or CPG branding
- Strong portfolio showcasing label design, packaging, or supplement branding
- Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator (required), Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
- Knowledge of: Supplement Facts panels, Regulatory layout constraints (FDA)
- Proficiency in: 3D packaging mockups
- Understanding of print production and dielines
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
