This position contributes to the quality of customer service and the overall success of PharmaLink.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner received via phone, email, website, and JIRA ticket system.
- Document as required customer inquiries in JIRA ticket system in compliance with SLA’s.
- Communicate with Sales team for required customer information updates.
- Create new accounts/shipping labels for customers.
- Create customer Return Authorizations for manufacture processing as required.
- Scan/audit documents through an optical character recognition application.
- Support inter-related departments within PharmaLink by processing assigned requests.
- Other related duties as directed management.
- Assumes responsibility for special projects assigned from time to time by Management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Adherence with PharmaLink’s Professional Standards and Expectations.
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Microsoft Office skills required: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple, concurrent tasks and work independently.
- Works closely with other departments to ensure overall success in the area of supplier administration.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1 – 3 years Customer Service experience.

- The incumbent is accountable to the Client Services Supervisor/Manager for interpreting and fulfilling the above responsibilities and others, which may be assigned.
- Works closely with all Departments.
